Talram is the name of a powerful Khaydarin Crystal. It is green in color and possesses healing life energies. It is a sister of sorts to the Alliram and Savraj crystals.

Creation and Differentiation[]
The Talram crystal was created by Darr, one of three shards carved from a monolithic Khaydarin Crystal. Talram was entrusted to the Sessek Tribe and venerated as a sacred relic. Originally similar to its counterparts Alliram and Savraj, their respective enviroments caused the three shards to distinguish themselves from each other. After the Xel'Naga departed Aiur, the Protoss turned on one another, the Sessek hiding the crystal until the Templari Division came to an end.
The Talram on Shakuras[]
After the ensuing events of the Brood Wars and the reclaiming of the Khalis and Uraj crystals, Darr found himself carried away in a vision of the Khala to an underground Xel'Naga chamber beneath the research city of Vael'Rae. Once inside the ancient passage, he wandered through many winding paths, guided by something inside him. He at last came to a large antechamber with vines lining the walls, and in the center, a magnificent Khaydarin Crystal shone brightly in the dark corridors of the Xel'Naga structure. Darr approached the ancient artifact, and attained 3 seperate shards of the monolithic crystal, which he named Alliram, Talram, and Savraj. Darr brought the Talram Crystal to his prelate, Xel-Hassodin. Darr gave specific orders of what to do with artifact-crystal: place it within the Hall of Healing and leave it there, returning only to monitor progress. Darr's prediction was that the crystal would begin to take on the energies of a healer.
The Crystal took on an emerald green color and emanated the energies of healing and mending. Upon it's energies' perfection, Darr reclaimed it from the Sessek Tribe and began to organize the Khalai Caste of the Hall of Healing into an elite group he termed as Venerates that would use the crystal to heal the scars of the Brood Wars.
