Creep is a Zerg super-organism used to nourish buildings and other strains.

Various races have tried to find the exact composition of the substance, but all have been met with failure. On a cellular level, creep often contains the hyper evolutionary virus to adapt to nearly any kind of environment and threat short of extreme heat and certain types of radiation.

Campaign upgrades Edit

  • Metabolic surge - increases regeneration rates of buildings and nearby strains by +33% as long as they are not attacked
  • Viral burst (passive) - if a friendly building is destroyed, all nearby enemy units are exposed to infestation if destroyed
